智通财经APP讯，祈福生活服务(03686)发布公告，于2026年2月23日，本集团通过动用内部资源透过该银行下达指令购买约800安士已分配金条(即已分配黄金投资)，对价约为3240万港元(即人民币2880万元)，而有关指令已于同日进行配对。已分配黄金投资预期将于2026年2月25日完成，而上述对价预期将由本集团于结算时以现金支付。
