NTT UD REIT Secures 2 Billion Yen Green Loan From Mizuho Bank

NTT UD REIT Investment (TYO:8956) has secured a 2 billion yen green loan to refinance its debt maturing on Feb. 27, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Mizuho Bank will provide the one-year term loan at a floating rate of base interest rate plus 0.12%. The borrowing date is Feb. 27, 2026, with repayment due on Feb. 26, 2027. The loan is unsecured and will be repaid in a lump sum at maturity.
The green loan will refinance funds originally used to acquire eligible green assets at Granpark. The REIT's green finance framework has received the highest Green 1(F) rating from Japan Credit Rating Agency.
