2月24日消息，杭州先为达生物科技股份有限公司与辉瑞中国今日宣布，双方就新一代偏向型GLP-1受体激动剂埃诺格鲁肽注射液（英文：Ecnoglutide injection，以下简称：埃诺格鲁肽）达成商业化战略合作协议。
据悉根据上述协议，辉瑞将获得该产品在中国大陆的独家商业化权益，迈出其全球代谢领域战略布局在中国的第一步；同时先为达生物为许可产品的药品上市许可持有人（MAH），负责许可产品的研发、注册、生产及供应。先为达生物将有权获得辉瑞支付的最高可达4.95亿美元的付款总额，包括首付款、注册及销售里程碑付款。
埃诺格鲁肽是由先为达生物自主研发的新一代cAMP偏向型GLP-1受体激动剂，将为2型糖尿病及长期体重管理相关患者提供更为精准的治疗方案。埃诺格鲁肽注射液已于2026年1月获得国家药品监督管理局（NMPA）批准上市用于成人2型糖尿病的治疗，其成人长期体重管理适应症的上市许可申请已获NMPA受理。
