智通财经APP讯，JBB BUILDERS(01903)公布截至2025年12月31日止6个月的中期业绩，收益约1.9亿林吉特，同比减少15.25%;公司拥有人应占溢利10.7万林吉特，同比减少93.19%;每股盈利0.02林吉特仙。
公告称，收益大幅减少主要是由于(i)新加坡海上运输合约所产生运砂量整体下降，因其中一处工地区域水深较浅且空间极度受限，导致营运困难而减少交付量;(ii)填海及相关工程合约进度放缓，导致相关业务收入减少;及(iii)完成若干合约所抵销，而该等合约为截至2024年12月31日止六个月贡献部分收益，惟此影响部分被建筑及基建工程合约的施工量增长所抵销。
