** Supreme Court upholds lower court's decision that Trump's use of International Emergency Economic Powers Act, meant for use in national emergencies, exceeded his authority

** Shares of solar companies: SunRun RUN.O up 3.6%, SolarEdge Technologies SEDG.O adds 8.4% and Enphase Energy ENPH.O gains 3.2%

** First Solar FSLR.O rises 5.5%, Canadian Solar CSIQ.O up 5.4% and U.S.-listed shares of Shanghai-based solar module maker JinkoSolar Holding JKS.N gains 1.2%
