智通财经APP讯，百盛集团(03368)发布公告，袁颕欣女士(袁女士)辞任本公司公司秘书及不再担任根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则(上市规则)第3.05条所规定的本公司授权代表(授权代表),及根据香港法例第622章公司条例在香港代表接收法律程序文件而言的本公司香港法律程序文件代理人(法律程序文件代理人),自2026年3月1日起生效。
在袁女士辞任后,董事会欣然宣布委任欧阳丽妮女士(欧阳女士)为本公司公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序文件代理人,均自2026年3月1日起生效。欧阳女士符合上市规则第3.28条项下的公司秘书规定。
