智通财经APP获悉，长实集团(01113)再涨近4%，截至发稿，涨3.5%，报49.74港元，成交额1.11亿港元。
消息面上，近日，长和系旗下三间公司宣布出售英国电网业务权益予法国公用事业企业Engie，套现逾1100亿港元。瑞银表示，长实集团管理层表示，出售所得现金将保留作新并购机会及一般营运资金用途，同时相信此项出售将提升整体股东回报。此前管理层曾强调香港住宅用地收购、困境商业地产资产、海外基建资产及股份回购，作为其四大优先资本配置。经过近六个月观察，前三项举措进展有限。
瑞银认为，鉴于近期从英国铁路合资企业及Blue Coast回收现金增加，加上股份继续以2026年预测市账率0.41倍交投(远低于其他主要发展商的0.52-0.69倍)，2026年长实集团进行股份回购的可能性提高。
