East Money Information's Controller to Donate Part of Stake to Education Institution

The shareholding of East Money Information's (SHE:300059) controlling shareholder and actual controller, Qi Shi, will be reduced after donating part of the stake to an education institution, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Friday.
About 0.13% of the company's total share capital, which represents 20,000,000 unrestricted shares, will be donated to the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Education Development Foundation.
After the donation, Qi's stake in the Chinese financial services provider will be trimmed to 20.26% from 20.39%.
