智通财经APP讯，海螺材料科技(02560)公布，公司拥有90%权益的附属公司宁波海螺新材料科技有限公司(宁波海螺新材料)，拟于2026年2月通过公开挂牌引入投资者的方式增资扩股。
本次增资扩股拟引入一名投资方，拟新增注册资本人民币3,625万元。本次增资扩股完成前及完成后，公司持有宁波海螺新材料80%股权，宁波海螺新材料仍为公司附属公司。
本次增资扩股将可令集团优化资本结构，降低负债水平，提升运营质量。董事会认为，本次增资扩股(倘落实)将为集团提供坚实基础，以实现整体稳定营运及促进集团的可持续发展，符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
