智通财经APP讯，安乐工程(01977)发布公告，李洁志女士(李女士)将于2026年2月28日退休后不再担任本公司的公司秘书。李女士亦将自2026年2月28日起不再担任香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)证券上市规则第3.05条所规定的本公司授权代表及香港法例第622章公司条例所规定代表本公司于香港接受法律程序文件及通知书的本公司授权代表(法律程序文件代理人)。
董事会亦宣布，彭志雄先生(彭先生)已获委任为本公司公司秘书、上市规则第3.05条所规定的本公司授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，自2026年2月28日起生效。彭先生符合上市规则第3.28条所规定的公司秘书资格要求。
