智通财经APP讯，佑驾创新(02431)发布公告，谭晓钧女士(谭女士)因工作调整原因辞任本公司(i)联席公司秘书职位;(ii)根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条规定的授权代表;及(iii)公司条例(香港法例第622章)第16部项下代表本公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知的代理人，自2026年2月20日起生效。
董事会进一步宣布，继谭女士辞任后，陈恩霖女士(陈女士)已获委任为联席公司秘书，自2026年2月20日起生效。
于上述变更后，罗希文女士(罗女士)将继续与陈女士共同担任联席公司秘书。
