公开资料显示，豪威集团作为一家全球化Fabless半导体设计公司，CMOS图像传感器(CIS)是豪威集团主要产品。根据弗若斯特沙利文资料，按2024年图像传感器解决方案收入计，公司是全球第三大数字图像传感器供应商，市场份额为13.7%。
据悉，2025年6月，韦尔股份正式更名“豪威集团”，标志全面聚焦CIS赛道的战略定力。同年8月，对标索尼IMX989的OV50X量产，在1英寸大底、8K视频录制上实现对标。港股IPO募资主要用于关键技术研发，包括研发下一代CIS，如AR/VR微显示传感器、端侧AI智能传感器。
