路透2月25日 - 美国农化公司 Corteva CTVA.N 表示，预计之前宣布的分拆为两家上市公司的计划将在今年第四季度的某个时候实现。
去年年底，该公司曾表示将分拆 (link) 种子和农药业务，以突出战略重点。
Corteva 首席执行官 马格罗（Chuck Magro） 在 BofA 全球农业和材料大会上表示，公司将在今年上半年宣布总部、高级领导团队和新 Corteva 首席执行官的人选。
公司高管还表示，他们对作物保护行业的未来持乐观态度，认为需求增长稳定，并有可能进一步整合。
“我们看到了强劲的需求，基本上是在全球范围内，但在价格方面会有一些持续的阻力，但销量应该可以抵消这些阻力，”其中一位高管在会议上说。
