Cava's Revamped Loyalty Program Shows Early Traction -- Market Talk

1157 ET - Cava Group's revamped, tiered loyalty structure is bearing fruit, getting customers ordering more frequently and engaging more strongly, William Blair analysts say in a note after the company's latest earnings. Cava rolled out the new loyalty program in October, and recently introduced an invite-only tier for its most loyal guests with additional perks, exclusive merchandise and special events, the analysts say. Sales to loyalty members represent about a third of the chain's overall sales, they say. (kelly.cloonan@wsj.com)
