智通财经APP讯，锦艺集团控股(00565)公布，预期该集团截至2025年12月31日止6个月可能取得综合税后净亏损约6400万港元，而2024年同期综合税后净溢利约为2700万港元。
董事会认为，盈转亏主要由于(i)2025年6个月确认租赁按金预期信贷亏损拨备约3900万港元;(ii)不存在2024年6个月的终止租约的一次性收益约3.03亿港元及取消确认投资物业的递延税项负债拨回约1500万港元，由取消确认投资物业的亏损约2.76亿港元抵销;及(iii)不存在2024年6个月的议价收购一间附属公司的收益约1100万港元所致。
