　　长实集团（01113）盘中涨近4%，截至发稿，股价上涨2.12%，报49.08港元，成交额1.91亿港元。

　　2月26日，花旗宣布把长实集团纳入30日上行催化观察名单，认为公司加快投资香港发展项目时机成熟，并可能通过股息或回购提升股东回报。

　　花旗指出，长实出售UK Power Networks已带来每股2.4元收益，管理层拟于2026年3月公布资本配置优先次序及基建资产资金回吁计划，均构成短期股价催化剂。该行维持“买入”评级，目标价54.55港元。
