智通财经APP讯，澳能建设(01183)发布公告，于2026年2月26日，澳能新材料(为公司的非全资附属公司)与该银行(交通银行股份有限公司珠海分行)订立外汇对冲合约，以对冲人民币兑港元的货币风险，本金额合共为1亿港元。集团乃通过澳能新材料及澳港建设于其日常及一般业务过程中从事建筑新型材料研制及销售，以及智能机械生产和销售。由于集团采购钢材以人民币计值，而销售建筑新型材料则以港元计值，故集团不时会将港元兑换为人民币以结算贸易应付款项及支付营运开支，导致集团承担外汇风险。有鉴于此，集团通过澳能新材料订立外汇对冲合约，目的在于对冲有关货币风险。
