智通财经APP获悉，荣联再生科技国际有限公司(简称：荣联再生科技)于2025年8月25日所递交的港股招股书满6个月，于2026年2月25日失效，递表时中泰国际融资有限公司为其独家保荐人。
据此前招股书，荣联再生科技成立于2017年3月，是中国的再生亚克力产品制造商，主要从事再生亚克力材料的研发及生产。公司为客户提供再生MMA及PMMA板材，并致力促进可再生资源的使用，以推动循环经济的发展。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，截至2024年12月31日止年度，按再生MMA及再生PMMA板材收益计，公司于中国排名第一。
于2024财政年度最后一季，荣联再生科技的第三条PMMA 板材生产线已进入试产及测试阶段，预期于2025年第四季度达到预期可用状态并开始正式生产。公司预期扩大产能将进一步改善公司的营运效率及持续交付优质产品的能力，确保公司可及时满足客户需求。
