Cleanaway Waste Management (ASX:CWY) reported Thursday fiscal first-half underlying earnings of AU$0.049 per share, up from AU$0.042 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.05.
Revenue from ordinary activities for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$2.21 billion, compared with AU$1.94 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$2 billion.
The company said it expects fiscal year 2026 underlying earnings before interest and taxes to be between AU$480 million and AU$500 million, up from its previous guidance in the range of AU$470 million to AU$500 million.
It also targets at least AU$35 million of annualised indirect cost savings from fiscal 2027, with benefits of AU$15 million to be realised in the fiscal second-half.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.0335 per share, up from AU$0.028 a year earlier, payable April 16 to shareholders on record as of March 12.
