南方财经2月27日电，据界面新闻，日本瑞穗金融集团计划利用人工智能（AI）技术，大幅减少文件审核、数据录入等任务所需的工作量，在未来十年裁减5000个行政岗位，同时提供技能再培训，把这些员工调配到销售、分析等业务支持部门，以提高盈利能力。出于因招聘减少和员工退休导致的自然减员，瑞穗计划最终将行政人员减少至多三分之一。
