新浪科技讯 2月26日上午消息，新浪科技独家获悉，近期，端侧AI芯片设计公司为旌科技已完成新一轮3亿元融资。据知情人士透露，此轮融资由君信资本、江北新区高质量母基金等机构参与。

　　据测算，到2030年全球智能汽车、个人设备领域的端侧AI芯片出货量年复合增长率将分别达48.9%、54.4%，中国市场增速更超全球，成为物理AI落地的核心阵地。

　　公开信息显示，为旌自研的AI处理器NPU聚焦端侧场景原生设计，让芯片在有限功耗下实现更高能效比，即便在高温、振动等极端环境中，也能稳定输出推理能力，能够适配物理AI的场景需求。

　　目前，为旌已打造为旌海山和为旌御行两大系列产品。其中，为旌海山系列产品已在行业TOP1客户产品中实现规模量产，获得千万级订单。在红外热成像、视频会议等细分领域，为旌海山系列芯片累计实现50余家客户量产落地。2025年发布的新一代海山系列芯片VS816A，成为业内少数拥有中高端全系列产品的芯片供应商。

　　据知情人士透露，本次融资的顺利落地，将为公司在端侧AI领域的研发投入注入全新动能，将大幅加速团队的业务布局与拓展。（闫妍）
