北京时间2026年2月24日，国际机场协会（ACI）正式发布2025年度全球机场服务质量（ASQ）获奖公告，石家庄正定国际机场（以下简称“石家庄机场”）凭借卓越服务品质荣获4个奖项。

具体奖项为：石家庄机场第5次获评亚太地区500万—1500万旅客吞吐量量级“最佳机场”，同时蝉联“最便捷机场”“最洁净机场”，并首次获得“员工最敬业机场”称号。

其中，聚焦旅客出行全流程，石家庄机场持续深化“最便捷机场”建设，2025年航班靠桥率达95.27%，国内航班截载时间优化至28分钟，优化国内通程航班最短衔接时间（MCT）缩短到45分钟，多项服务指标位居全国千万级机场首位。高效便捷的服务持续释放枢纽吸引力，2025年石家庄机场旅客吞吐量突破1200万人次，创下开航以来历史新高，运营客运航线134条、通航城市85个。依托便捷航空通道优势，石家庄机场深度推进航文旅融合发展，设立河北旅游服务中心，推出特色航文旅产品，以航空流量激活区域消费活力，为全省文旅产业高质量发展注入源源不断的航空动能。
