智通财经APP获悉，长和系集体上扬，截至发稿，长实集团(01113)涨3.9%，报48.46港元；长和(00001)涨2.34%，报63.45港元；长江基建集团(01038)涨1.79%，报65.25港元；电能实业(00006)涨1.63%，报62.3港元。
消息面上，长和系旗下三间公司宣布出售英国电网业务权益予法国公用事业企业Engie，套现逾1100亿港元。长和2月26日发布的公告指出，旗下长江基建集团、电能实业及长实集团分别作价443亿港元、443亿港元及221.5亿港元向法国公用事业企业Engie出售持有UK Power Networks的40%、40%及20%权益。三家公司指出，出售UK Power Networks股权，可以获得庞大会计收益及取得的现金款项作日后投资及收购用途。
