消息上,春节假期,在“团圆欢聚”与“文旅过年”热潮带动下,多地餐饮消费市场火热。在假期消费传统旺季下,海底捞和呷哺呷哺表现亮眼。2月24日,海底捞发布数据显示,2月15日至2月23日的9天假期中,海底捞全国门店共计接待顾客超1400万人次。呷哺呷哺集团春节期间旗下品牌全国门店总营收超7000万元,客流量超百万人次。
业内人士分析,海底捞在下沉市场的走热,本质是因为“品牌认知度+场景适配性”的双重优势。一方面,年轻群体对连锁品牌的偏好形成消费惯性;另一方面,春节期间家庭聚餐、朋友聚会的刚需,与海底捞“热闹氛围+贴心服务”的定位高度契合。
