观点网 香港报道中环写字楼供应充裕令区内租金持续受压,冠君产业信托旗下花园道三号的现收租金持续下滑,由2024年底的每平方呎87港元,跌至去年底每平方呎73.7港元。不过行政总裁侯迅表示,自去年下半年有关租赁转趋活跃,出租率达81.6%的稳定水平,加上至今超过75%于2026年到期的租约已续约,续租的租金水平理想,相信写字楼租金收入跌幅将持续收窄。冠君产业信托昨日公布截至2025年12月31日止...
