智通财经APP讯，今海医疗科技(02225)发布公告，于2026年2月25日，今海生物医疗、上海今海及上海安百达投资订立出资协议，据此，今海生物医疗股东同意将今海生物医疗的缴足注册资本由人民币500万元增至人民币2500万元，由上海今海及上海安百达投资按彼等各自在今海生物医疗的股权比例51:49额外出资合共缴足注册资本人民币2000万元。
今海生物医疗拟专注于医疗产品业务，包括批发及分销医疗器械。上海今海出资拟由集团内部资源拨付。出资金额乃由今海生物医疗与今海生物医疗股东经公平磋商后厘定，当中已考虑今海生物医疗于短期内业务发展及投资机会的资金需求，以及今海生物医疗可取得的其他融资方案。无论于出资前后，今海生物医疗将继续于集团财务报表中入账为非全资附属公司。
出资协议旨在为今海生物医疗提供额外资本，以增强其资本实力，支持其业务发展。董事认为，出资条款基于上海今海与上海安百达投资之间的股权比例按比例进行，故属公平合理。
