　　据三位不愿透露姓名的代表称，由沙特和俄罗斯主导的该组织在周日视频会议召开前，尚未确定具体行动方案。美国与伊朗之间不断升级的冲突风险，也为市场前景蒙上阴影。

　　尽管市场普遍预期供应将过剩，但石油需求依然强劲，油价涨幅已达约17%。多位官员表示，他们预计4月将启动一系列小幅增产，并重申存在上调空间。部分分析师认为，欧佩克+可能日增产量13.7万桶，与去年年底的最小增幅保持一致。

　　尽管多家主流预测机构警告今年将出现严重供应过剩，但截至目前这一预期并未对油价构成压力——部分原因在于地缘政治风险加剧，同时北美、哈萨克斯坦、俄罗斯等地也出现了多起产量中断事件。
