新华财经东京2月25日电（记者李子越钱铮）日本共同社25日报道，日本反垄断机构——日本公正交易委员会当天以涉嫌违反反垄断法为由，对微软日本分公司进行现场调查。
报道称，日本公正交易委员会认为，微软可能利用其在办公软件和操作系统领域的优势地位，在云服务市场展开不正当竞争。
具体而言，日本企业如果在亚马逊等竞争对手的云平台上使用微软相关软件，需比在微软自有云平台Azure上使用支付更高的费用。监管部门认为，这种差别定价的做法，可能诱导客户转向微软自家平台，对市场竞争造成不利影响。
云服务已成为企业和个人存储数据及使用软件的核心基础设施。目前，全球云服务市场竞争激烈，主要参与者包括亚马逊、微软和谷歌等企业。
