(2)林长盛先生已辞任独立非执行董事、本公司薪酬委员会主席以及本公司审核委员会及提名委员会各自的成员;
(3)黄秋智先生已辞任董事会主席、本公司行政总裁及提名委员会主席，惟彼仍留任为执行董事;
(4)邹艺峰先生已获委任为执行董事、主席、行政总裁及提名委员会主席;
(5)田恬女士已获委任为执行董事;
(6)林保全先生已获委任为独立非执行董事、薪酬委员会主席以及审核委员会及提名委员会各自的成员;
(7)胡曼秋女士已由非执行董事调任为执行董事。
黄秋智先生已辞任本公司根据上市规则第3.05条规定的本公司授权代表及根据公司条例(香港法例第622章)第16部所规定代表本公司于香港接收法律程序文件的授权代表，自2026年2月25日起生效。邹艺峰先生已获委任为授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，自2026年2月25日起生效。
