Haige Communications Gets Regulatory Nod to Issue Up to 3 Billion Yuan Medium-Term Bonds

Guangzhou Haige Communications Group (SHE:002465) received approval from China's National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors to issue medium-term bonds of up to 3 billion yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Thursday.
The bonds can be issued in tranches within two years, the Chinese digital communication system manufacturer said.
China CITIC Bank (HKG:0998, SHA:601998), China Merchants Bank (SHA:600036, HKG:3968), Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (HKG:1398, SHA:601398) and China Everbright Bank (HKG:6818, SHA:601818) will be the joint lead underwriters of the issuances.
