消息面上，据上证报报道，记者2月24日从云迹科技公司获悉，2026年春节假期期间，云迹机器人智能体累计服务超958万人次，机器人服务次数为去年同期的2.2倍；AI智能语音管家（Voice AI）单日最高通话量同比激增515%，创下历史新高。
建银国际发布研报称，云迹科技作为全球领军企业，2024年在在线机器人日均数量、服务消费者数量、酒店场景营收三项指标均位列全球第一。公司核心竞争力源于硬件+AI驱动软件的一体化生态。随着规模效应释放，公司毛利率有望保持稳健，费用率逐步下行。
