中国经济网北京2月25日讯 ST逸飞(688646.SH)今日股价下跌，截至收盘报43.93元，跌幅2.62%。 ST逸飞于2023年7月28日在上交所科创板上市，发行数量2,379.0652万股，发行价格46.80元/股。ST逸飞的保荐机构(主承销商)为民生证券股份有限公司(现为国联民生证券股份有限公司)，保荐代表人为张艳朋、吕彦峰。 ST逸飞首次公开发行股票募集资金总额111,340.25万元，募集资金净额为99,209.65万元。ST逸飞最终募集资金净额比原计划多52475.99万元。ST逸飞于2023年7月25日发布的首次公开发行股票并在科创板上市招股说明书显示，该公司拟募集资金46,733.66万元，用于逸飞激光锂电激光智造装备三期基地项目、精密激光焊接与智能化装备工程研究中心建设项目、补充流动资金。 ST逸飞首次公开发行股票发行费用总额为12,130.60万元(相关费用均为不含税金额)，其中保荐及承销费用9,195.83万元。 (责任编辑：马欣)
