凤凰网财经《发现新势力》：作为上市公司老总，面对刚进入行业、尚未成功的创业者，你是什么心态？
黄伟：对还没创业的人，我会问他 “想清楚了吗？”。创业往往始于冲动，但冲动之后，不能只想到设立公司、找投资，还要考虑产品、团队等后续一系列问题。不能只看到别人上市的光鲜，却忽略众多未成功创业者的经历、经验与代价，得先判断自己能否承受这些。对已经创业的人，我会告诉他们 “熬着”，一旦踏上创业路就没有回头路，只能往前走。遇到困难很正常，我们都经历过，这些大多只是不影响生死的 “擦伤”，坚持下去才有可能看到结果。创业中，“想” 和 “做” 是重要分水岭。
