MILLERSBURG, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--February 25, 2026-- 

CSB Bancorp, Inc., (OTCID: CSBB) announced that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a first quarter cash dividend of $0.43 per share on its common stock, payable March 24, 2026, to shareholders of record as of March 10, 2026. The dividend represents a $0.01 increase in the quarterly cash dividend.

CSB Bancorp, Inc. is a financial holding company headquartered in Millersburg, Ohio, with approximate assets of $1.3 billion as of December 31, 2025.
