Fulgent Genetics (FLGT) reported Friday Q4 sales below market expectations, and its forecasts for non-GAAP loss and revenue missed consensus for the full-year 2026.
Shares sank 37% following a rise in intraday trading volume to over 1.42 million from a daily average of about 211,000.
Zscaler (ZS) delivered strong fiscal Q2 results, beating the market's adjusted earnings and sales expectations. But, CFRA, an independent research provider, told MT Newswires that a slowdown in net new annual recurring revenue additions will be a "key investor concern."
Shares of Zscaler dropped 14%, with intraday trading volume of over 6.82 million against a daily average of roughly 2.23 million.
CoreWeave (CRWV) reported a wider Q4 loss, and Macquarie said in a note that sustained investment in growth is ahead of compute coming online. Macquarie cut its price target to $90 from $115 while keeping its neutral rating.
"Massive investment needed ahead of monetization remains a recurring theme. Execution at this scale could be choppy," the research note said.
Shares of CoreWeave were down 20% as intraday trading volume catapulted to more than 40 million from a daily average of about 27.2 million.
