WAM Active Raises AU$70.7 Million Via Entitlement Offer, Top-Up Facility, Shortfall Offer, Placement

WAM Active (ASX:WAA) raised AU$70.7 million in total via an oversubscribed entitlement offer, top-up facility, shortfall offer, and placement, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The entitlement offer raised AU$20.5 million from 997 shareholders, and the top-up facility raised AU$5.4 million from 315 shareholders.

It also said that it is undertaking a AU$19.3 million institutional placement.

The firm plans to invest the proceeds in accordance with its "investment approach."

Its shares rose 1% in recent trading on Wednesday.
