ChainCatcher 消息，Cobo 联合创始人兼 CEO 神鱼在社交平台发文表示，AI Agent 的发展将对企业组织结构产生深远影响，其颠覆对象并非个人技能，而是长期以来以标准流程（SOP）为核心的管理体系。
其指出，传统企业通过不断叠加 SOP 来规范人类执行流程，而具备自主规划能力的 AI 若被简单嵌入既有流程，可能导致效率内耗。未来企业或将以“意图与边界”为核心重构流程，由人类设定目标与规则，AI 负责自主优化执行，人类则承担监督与决策角色。
神鱼认为，随着 AI 参与度提升，部门壁垒与中层监督职能或将弱化，组织形态有望向更高效的动态协作模式演进。
