Environmental engineering company Organic Recycling Systems (BOM:543997) entered into a memorandum of understanding with SLPP Re-New LLP to jointly pursue opportunities in India's compressed bio-gas (CBG) sector, according to a BSE filing on Thursday.
Under the MoU, SLPP Re-New LLP will be the preferred partner for membrane-based biogas purification technologies, while Organic Recycling will lead project execution, technology integration, and lifecycle management of CBG facilities.
The two companies plan to jointly bid for government and private sector projects, offering integrated solutions in this space.
