Gentrack Group (ASX:GTK, NZE:GTK) received notice that UBS Group and its affiliates are no longer substantial holders of the company, effective Feb. 18, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The financial services firm and its affiliates now own 5.6 million shares in the company, representing a 4.98% total voting power, the filing said.
Gentrack Group's Australian shares jumped 4% in recent Wednesday trade, while its New Zealand shares surged 6%.
