2月26日，中国高速传动（00658）发布公告，董事会建议更改核数师，主要是由于控股股东丰盛控股有限公司对现任核数师国卫会计师事务所的有效性表示质疑。丰盛通过全资附属公司持有公司约71.08%的股份，主张该核数师的委任程序违反了公司章程及上市规则，剥夺了股东的基本权利。为降低不确定性及风险，董事会决定尽快召开股东特别大会，提呈罢免国卫及委任新核数师柏淳会计师事务所的决议案。
公告指出，若国卫的委任被认定无效，其出具的审计报告也可能无效，这将使公司及所有股东面临重大风险。董事会及审核委员会在会议中通过了相关决议，并寻求丰盛的意见，丰盛表示支持委任柏淳。由于时间紧迫，公司需在2026年3月31日之前公布2025财年的年度业绩，并在4月30日之前寄发年度报告。若未能如期发布，将导致股份于2026年4月1日暂停买卖。公司将尽最大努力配合新核数师的审计工作，以恢复股份交易。
