美联储理事斯蒂芬・米兰表示，1 月份就业数据强劲是 “一件非常好的事”，但美联储今年仍应累计降息1 个百分点 ，原因是劳动力市场仍存在风险，而通胀已不再是问题。

　　米兰在福克斯商业频道《与玛丽亚共度早间》节目中称：

　　“我认为现在就宣布劳动力市场已不再需要美联储更多支持、发出‘完全安全’的信号，为时过早。我确实认为美联储可以进一步为劳动力市场提供支撑。”他支持今年实施四次降息。

　　“我真的不认为我们存在通胀问题。”

　　他表示，近期通胀数据较美联储目标高出约 1 个百分点，这一差距很可能会收窄。
