Helia Group Posts Higher 2025 Underlying Earnings, Lower Revenue; Shares Hit Record High

Helia Group (ASX:HLI) reported Wednesday 2025 underlying earnings of AU$0.899 per share, up from AU$0.761 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.72.
Revenue from ordinary activities for the 12 months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$490.7 million, compared with AU$532.7 million a year earlier.
The company expects its insurance revenue for 2026 to range from AU$320 million to AU$370 million.
The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.16 per share, unchanged from the prior corresponding period and a special dividend of AU$0.67, both payable on March 26 to shareholders on record as of March 11.
The company's shares rose past 16% in recent Wednesday trade and earlier hit a record high.
