　　行业研究分析师Drew Reading表示，“此前市场曾乐观预期政府会推出新的政策来支持市场，但最终演讲只是提到了利率下降，并重申了禁止机构投资者购买独栋住宅的提议”。

　　标普综合1500房屋建筑指数一度下跌5.2%，为4月10日以来最大盘中跌幅。

　　指数中跌幅居前的个股包括Installed Building Products、Dream Finders Homes、PulteGroup、霍顿房屋公司、莱纳公司和TopBuild。
