金吾财讯 | 知情人士透露，壳牌正与包括阿布扎比国家石油公司（ADNOC）旗下机构在内的多家公司进行谈判，拟出售其位于西澳大利亚、价值340亿澳元（约合240亿美元）的西北大陆架天然气出口项目的少数股权。据知情人士称，与ADNOC旗下投资部门XRG以及沙特阿美参股的Midocean Energy等竞购方的出售讨论目前尚处于初步阶段。其他潜在买家也在关注此事。壳牌一直在加大对液化天然气的投入。但媒体去年9月报道称，由于该设施计划转型为所谓的第三方代加工厂，壳牌将探讨出售其持有的16.67%西北大陆架项目股权。发言人表示，壳牌定期评估其资产组合，以支持审慎的资本配置。我们继续与西北大陆架项目合作伙伴密切合作，以创造价值、使未来绩效最大化并满足客户需求。
