AMD与Nutanix建立多年合作伙伴关系，旨在构建一个更开放、对企业更友好的人工智能平台，以支持下一波智能体人工智能应用。
双方的合作思路是将AMD的芯片与Nutanix的云软件及编排工具相结合，打造能够跨数据中心、混合云设置甚至边缘环境平稳运行人工智能工作负载的系统。作为合作的一部分，AMD将以每股36.26美元的价格向Nutanix投资1.5亿美元购买其股票，并承诺额外提供至多1亿美元的资金。此项股权投资预计将于2026年第二季度完成。
投资者对这一发展方向表示认可。两家公司表示，首个联合开发的智能体人工智能平台预计将于2026年底开始交付客户。
