Property For Industry Posts Higher Fiscal H1 Adjusted Funds From Operations, Higher Revenue

Property For Industry (NZE:PFI) reported Thursday fiscal first-half adjusted funds from operations of NZ$0.054 per share, up from NZ$0.044 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected NZ$0.05.

Net rental income for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was NZ$62.6 million, compared with NZ$51.9 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected NZ$62.3 million.

The company said it expects to declare fiscal 2026 cash dividends of at least NZ$$0.091, up at least 5.2% on fiscal 2025 dividends.

The board declared an interim dividend of NZ$0.044 per share, up from NZ$0.04 a year earlier, payable March 12 to shareholders on record as of March 3.

Property For Industry shares rose more than 1% in morning trade Thursday.
