凤凰网科技讯 2月26日，针对近日领克Z20在夜间高速行驶过程中，因语音指令识别错误（语音误操作），导致车辆大灯被意外关闭，引发事故一事。领克汽车销售有限公司副总经理穆军在其个人微博致歉并做出回应。
穆军确认了该车型在行驶中确实发生了语音控制关闭大灯的误操作情况，并表示公司技术团队已于今日第一时间完成了语音控制优化方案的制定。
目前，领克方面已经通过云端推送完成了系统更新。经过此次策略调整，车辆在行驶状态下将剥离相关的语音控制权限，后续用户只能通过手动方式控制大灯关闭，从而规避因智能语音误识别带来的行车安全风险。
