观点网讯：2月28日，据美联物业研究中心综合土地注册处资料整理，香港今年首2个月整体物业注册量已冲破1.5万宗，按年上升逾6成，宗数料将创下2015年以来的十一年同期新高，注册金额则突破1100亿元，按年上升约77%。
数据显示，2月截至26日，香港整体物业注册量录7371宗，全月有望达7800宗，将超过1月的7631宗；注册金额录约578亿元，已超越1月全月的572亿元，全月预计有力突破600亿元。
截至2月26日，一手私楼及二手住宅注册量合共12700宗，金额达1056亿元，按年分别高出约74%及逾1倍，表现优于整体大市。
