由于汪秀女士个人事务原因，未能有足够时间参与本公司的日常经营及管理，汪女士已由执行董事调任为非执行董事，自2026年2月27日起生效。
因工作调整需要，张兵先生及汪晓武先生已各自由非执行董事调任为执行董事，自2026年2月27日起生效。
自2026年2月27日起：(i)王先生已获委任为董事会审计委员会成员及董事会提名与薪酬委员会成员;(ii)汪晓武先生已不再担任审计委员会成员;(iii)徐昌俊先生已获委任为董事会战略与发展委员会成员;(iv)汪辉武先生已不再担任提名与薪酬委员会成员;(v)张先生已获委任为提名与薪酬委员会成员;及(vi)汪女士已不再担任战略与发展委员会成员，并已获委任为审计委员会成员。
