新浪科技讯 2月25日上午消息，近日，上汽通用五菱总经理吕俊成发表了2026年新春寄语，其中提到：过去五年以及2025年销量成绩单；销量与规模：2025年销量 163.5万辆（+6.2%），新能源销量超100万辆（+31.9%），海外出口26.7万台 / 套（+18.6%），全年产值重回千亿；过去五年“神车”家族合计产销832万辆。

　　吕俊成表示，2026年核心战略，是构建全生命周期数字化平台，通过 “AI + 数字孪生” 实现从 “用户画像” 到 “用户数据孪生” 的进化，精准识别需求。强化智能、电子电气、架构、软件等核心能力，缩短研发周期、提升品质。

　　他提到，要打造 “制造岛 + 数字岛 + 智能岛” 三位一体体系：制造岛：完善岛式开发体系，实现岛式制造科学解构升级及关键生态链覆盖。数字岛：依托数字孪生，构建产线、车间、基地三级虚实一致的孪生体，实现市场需求驱动的全链路数字化贯通。智能岛：基于 AI 技术，建设工艺可解耦、产线可重构、产能自适应的孪生智能体。

　　信中，他还指出，要构建 “五自一体” 体系，实现 “四优”“四流合一”，降本增效。力争2年完成领航级智能工厂建设，3年实现智能岛制造体系迭代和治理体系系统性变革。
